Role-Based Access

Give people access to what they need. Nothing more.

When you add a teammate, you choose their role. That role controls what they see in the menus and what they can actually reach when they navigate directly, so there are no gaps between what the nav shows and what the pages allow.

Agent: Their own dashboard, their assigned leads, their conversations. No view into the broader account.
ISA: Full access to assigned lead conversations so they can reply fast on your behalf.
VA: Notes, tasks, and lead updates: the admin work, without the sensitive access.

Teammate sessions run inside your account for clean permissions with no odd access gaps. And you stay the owner of everything.

Remove Teammate?

Removing Marcus Rivera will unassign 12 leads. Those leads will be available to reassign to another teammate.

This action cannot be undone. Their conversations and notes will remain on the leads.

Safe by Default

When you remove a teammate, StreetText warns you that their assigned leads will be unassigned before anything happens. No accidental data loss. You see exactly how many leads are affected, and those leads immediately become available to reassign.

No ghost rows: Old “pending invite” entries are cleared automatically. Your Teammates settings stay clean.
No orphaned leads: Removed teammate’s leads surface for reassignment immediately.
No access gaps: Teammate sessions close cleanly when access is revoked.

Getting Started

Add a teammate in under a minute.

Go to Settings → Teammates

In your StreetText account, open the Settings menu and select Teammates.

Click “Add Teammate”

The Add Teammate button opens the invite form. No setup required before this step.

Enter their email address

Enter your teammate’s email. They’ll receive an invitation at that address.

Choose their role

Select Agent, ISA, or VA to set what they can see and do inside your account.

Send the invitation

Click Send Invitation. Your teammate receives an email and sets up their own login.

Assign leads & go

Assign leads to your teammate. They log in, see their dashboard, and start working conversations right away.
